Shipping Policies

Shipping fees are for UPS Ground Delivery to the 48 continental US states only, not including Hawaii and Alaska. Also, UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes, so please provide a physical address.

Delivery usually guaranteed within 5-14 business days after receipt of order via UPS ground, barring unforeseen circumstances*. In the event of outside circumstances preventing us from maintaining this policy, we will contact you via the email address or telephone number that has been provided on your order.

Unforeseen circumstances may include government or manufacturer recalls, natural disasters, weather related delays, or events/circumstances beyond our control.

Limited Warranty

One year limited warranty on all kit products. All other instrument/product warranties will be provided by the manufacturer (i.e., Hu-Friedy, etc…).

Unimedusa.com will repair or replace damaged/defective goods for no additional charge. If a return is desired instead of replacement, the “standard return policy” applies and there may be a restocking fee that will be deducted from the credit.

Restocking Fee

There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns & cancellations and only unopened product packages will be accepted for return. All returns must be pre-authorized by Unimedusa.com. All shipping & Handling fees will be paid by the customer. Once an order has been placed online, any questions or requested changes should be called in to a Unimedusa.com staff member as once an order has been submitted online, it enters our supply chain and the handling process begins. Therefore, any changes or cancellations may incur our cancellation fee.

If a return is made without pre-authorization by a Unimedusa.com staff member, return may be subject to refusal and/or our 15% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will receive no refund or credit.


Cancellations must be received before online order is processed. Returns for reasons other than defective merchandise must be approved and returned within 30 days of purchase date. In some cases, returns may be authorized after 30 days, should the product have a long expiration date and be in a condition in which it may be resold. If approved, these specific returns will only be issued store credit.


All orders will be pre-paid via Paypal, Mastercard, or Visa. Credit cards and Paypal are charged at the time of order processing. When an order has been submitted online and final payment has been made, your account will be charged immediately for the amount of the submitted order.
